Do I get a Reward if I refer a friend ?

Yes ! Please write to us with the name of your friend that would like to sign up and we will get back to you. 

I am unable to make my payment, What shall I do ?

Please let us know your specific problem regarding the payment and we will attempt to resolve that at the earliest, please clearly mention ‘ Payment Issue ‘ in the subject area and mail us at support@highskye.com

Can I make my payment by using a debit card ?

To begin with, please check your Bank App to see if you can turn on the  “Enable International / Cross border transactions” in the Debit card usage functions. We recommend using a credit card, debit card payment options will be enabled soon.

Can I make my payment using my bank account or phone ?

These options will be made available soon as well.

Will I be able to apply directly for jobs that I am being informed about?

Yes! Links & instructions on how to apply for jobs will be included with jobs details on your membership page instructions on how to apply.

Can I pay the site fees monthly ?

The first year your membership is paid for the full year, in the second year you will be able to pay the fees one month at a time.

I need some advice specific to my profile, how do I proceed ?

Please write to us using the link that is mentioned on your membership page.

I am interested in applying for a work permit for Europe & other locations, how do I obtain details re : the regulations for that

We will be posting information on work permits for European countries as well as other locations regularly, please keep checking the site updates.

The site is not loading, what should I do ?

Please reboot your device & check your wifi connectivity, you may also need to have sufficient bandwidth to watch the videos on your smartphone.

I am interested in jobs in certain regions, I am not receiving details of job postings in those regions, how do I obtain that information ?

Please let us know which region you’re interested in & we will endeavor to provide job posting details.

I am looking for videos in a particular culinary area & do not see those on the site : Please advise on what to do
